NBC ALTERS FRIDAY SCHEDULE AGAIN

“Hunter” will be removed from the air temporarily and “V” will move to a new time period next month, NBC said Wednesday as it juggled its Friday night schedule again.
“V,” the science-fiction series, will move from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Fridays, beginning Feb. 1, displacing “Hunter,” a first-year detective show. NBC said it has ordered new episodes of “Hunter” that will be broadcast later in a different time period.
Joining the Friday schedule at 8 p.m. Feb. 8 will be “Code Name: Foxfire,” an action show starring Joanna Cassidy as the leader of an all-female spy team working for the CIA. It will have a two-hour premiere Jan. 27.
