NOTE: The City of Lakewood Athlete of the Year is the top award of the annual Hall of Fame.

Performers of the Year are chosen for each of the sports played at Lakewood-area high schools and colleges.

Distinguished Nominees are not award winners, however, they are recognized each year for their sports accomplishments.

Although the awards ceremony was held last week, only sports statistics from the calendar year 1984 were used to select the recipients.
