A traffic accident claimed two lives Wednesday night at Otay Lakes Road near Rutgers Avenue across from Southwestern College, a spokesman from Hartsen’s paramedics said late Wednesday. Two other accident victims were flown by helicopter to Mercy Hospital in San Diego, according to a hospital spokeswoman. The county coroner and Chula Vista police officers and traffic investigators were dispatched to the accident scene but the identities of the four victims and details of the accident were not known late Wednesday, a police spokeswoman said.
