Two Spring Valley residents were killed Friday in a head-on collision on Jamacha Road at Hillsdale Road in El Cajon, a California Highway Patrol spokeswoman said.
Rickey L. Green, 29, and Elleni S. Dillon, 20, died of multiple injuries. The spokeswoman said Green, driving north at 65 to 75 m.p.h., swerved into the southbound lanes and hit Dillon’s car head-on. Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene. There were no passengers in either car.
