Foothill’s Jennifer Osur to Attend Loyola Marymount

Foothill High School girls’ basketball player Jennifer Osur has signed a letter of intent to attend Loyola Marymount University next year.

Osur, a 5-foot 9-inch guard, averaged 19.3 points, 6.6 assists, 5.9 steals and 6 rebounds a game for Foothill. She was named the 1984-85 Southern Section 3-A Player of the Year. She was also named Female Athlete of the Year in Orange County.

Led by Osur, the Knights (28-3) won the 3-A championship with a 63-34 win over Brea-Olinda in the final. This summer, Osur will play for the United States in the Maccabiah Games in Israel.
