MOSCOW —
World chess champion Anatoly Karpov and challenger Gary Kasparov adjourned the fifth game of their world title match Saturday on the 41st move, with Karpov holding a one-pawn advantage. Play will resume today in Moscow’s Tchaikovsky Hall, with the match tied at 2-2.
