Crash Kills Motorcyclist: A 29-year-old man was killed when the motorcycle he was riding hit the rear of a tractor-trailer truck turning off the Riverside Freeway onto Kramer Boulevard, police said Wednesday. The victim, Rex Decker Newell of Hermosa Beach, was pronounced dead at the scene of the 11:40 p.m. accident Tuesday, police said. The truck driver was not cited.
