Roosevelt’s Hector Islava threw a 26-yard touchdown pass to Rogelio Rocha with 11:01 left in the game. Francisco Vasquez’s PAT opened up the eight-point victory margin. Roosevelt’s Daniel Montez blocked a Mark Eubanks’ punt with 8:16 left in the first half and Rosendo Lopez recovered the loose ball for the Rough Riders in the end zone for a touchdown. Mark Stanford of North Hollywood scored on an 11-yard run with 6:16 left in the third quarter. The extra point failed.
