Bernard LeBeau of Bakersfield fired an even-par 72 to win the second annual Southern California Golf Assn. Mid-Amateur tournament at the Bakersfield Country Club. LeBeau had a 36-hole score of 144 over the 6,729-yard Bakersfield Country Club course to win by one shot over Kent Richardson and Larry Carr, both of Bakersfield, and Art Butler of Glendora.
