Don Klosterman, fired as president and general manager by the Los Angeles Express in June, sued the United States Football League team in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming that the Express had violated its contract with him. According to the suit, the club said in June that it no longer had the money to pay him. He is asking $5 million in punitive damages.
