As late as late September, the question remained: Would it be a Los Angeles freeway series, an all-Missouri series, maybe even a New York series?
The conjecture is past, the playoffs over, and now the champions of the National and American Leagues are facing each other in baseball’s 82nd annual World Series. ABC has the live television coverage this week on Channels 7, 3, 10 and 42.
The American League city hosts Game 2 today (Sunday). Monday is an open date, with the next three games scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5 p.m. in the National League city.
If the Series goes beyond that, Friday is another off day, with the final games set for Saturday and next Sunday back in the American League champion’s home town.
