Man Shot to Death Outside Reseda Bar

A man was shot and killed early Sunday after an argument outside a Reseda bar, police said.
The name of the victim, a 23-year-old Burbank man, was withheld until relatives could be notified.
The shooting took place at about 1:55 a.m. outside the Rincon Norteno bar in the 17700 block of Saticoy Street, Officer Joe Cookmeyer said.
No arrests have been made, Cookmeyer said.
