Campbell Scores Five as UCI Defeats Pacific

Jeff Campbell scored five goals Friday to lead the No. 3 UC Irvine water polo team to a 10-6 win over No. 14 Pacific in a Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. match at Heritage Park.

Irvine, which is 8-1 in conference and 19-6 overall, can clinch at least a tie for the PCAA title if it beats Pepperdine today. Pacific is 2-7 and 8-18.
