A man who lived above the Burbank solar products firm where he worked was killed in a fire that raced through his quarters and an office below, authorities said. The man, whose name was withheld pending notification of his family, apparently worked for Solar Precision Products, 607 S. Glenwood Place, Fire Capt. Mario Gagnon said. More than 25 firefighters battled the blaze in the two-story building. Losses were estimated at $150,000 to the building and at $100,000 to equipment and furniture. Burbank police officers and an arson team were investigating the cause of the fire.
