Pepperdine’s Weiss Captures Singles Title

Robby Weiss of Pepperdine defeated teammate Martin Laurendeau, 7-5, 3-6, 6-3, in the singles final of the Rolex-ITCA Southern California Tennis Championships at UC Irvine Sunday.

In the doubles final, Kevin Gillette and Craig Miller of Cal State Long Beach defeated Scott Patridge and Chris Smith of the University of San Diego, 4-6, 6-4, 6-3.
