Andre Morgan scored 24 points and Anthony Jones added 18 to lead Hawaii to a 78-74 victory over Cal State Long Beach Tuesday night.
Andre Purry (14) and Jeff Nolan combined for 27 points to lead the 49ers, who fell to 1-2.
Hawaii improved to 3-1.
Long Beach plays Hawaii Pacific tonight.
