A federal court temporarily stayed the New York State Racing and Wagering Board’s lifetime revocation of French thoroughbred trainer Alain De Royer-Dupre’s license.
The trainer’s license was revoked when etorphine, a banned drug, showed up in a postrace test on Lashkari, the fourth-place finisher in a Breeders’ Cup race at Aqueduct Nov. 2.
