Chapman Is Beaten by Cal State Los Angeles
The Cal State Los Angeles men’s basketball team defeated Chapman College, 83-62, in a California Collegiate Athletic Assn. game in Los Angeles Monday.
Center Tony Brown scored 18 points and guard Shaun Holiday added 16 to lead the Golden Eagles. Karl Tompkins and Kelly Huston scored 16 and 12 points, respectively, for the Panthers. Chapman (1-8 in conference, 6-16 overall) plays host to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Friday.
