The oft-postponed World Boxing Council super-lightweight fight between champion Lonnie Smith and No. 1 challenger Rene Arredondo was reset for May 5 at the Olympic Auditorium. The scheduled 12-rounder has been postponed five times because of promoters’ problems and injuries to the fighters.
