OCC Crew Wins 2 Races at Regatta
The Orange Coast College crew won two of its three races Sunday afternoon at the Stanford Invitational Regatta at Redwood City.
The Orange Coast College novice eight beat the University of California by a foot, coming from behind to pull ahead on its last three strokes.
Orange Coast easily beat Stanford, 5:52.11 to 6:01.62, in men’s junior varsity competition, but lost to Cal’s freshman eight.
