FBI agents in Mendocino County captured a Reno man wanted in the murder of his former wife and the hijacking of a chartered light plane. Kelly Koerner, 36, was seized without a fight as he returned to the plane he had landed earlier at Little River Airport. Reno police said Koerner’s wife, Christy, also 36, was found shot to death in her car. Koerner allegedly chartered the plane at Reno Cannon International Airport to fly to Dunsmuir, Calif., where he forced the pilot from the aircraft at gunpoint and took off for Mendocino County.
