UC San Diego Beats Point Loma Nazarene

Dan DiMascio had a two-run double to cap a four-run seventh inning Wednesday in UCDiego’s 6-4 victory at Point Loma Nazarene College. DiMascio went 3 for 5 with three RBIs. David Adamson (5-0) pitched the last four innings in relief to get the win for the Tritons, who are now 21-15-2.

Todd Hopping had three of Point Loma’s nine hits. The Crusaders’ Steve Wainwright had the game’s only home run, a solo shot in the seventh. Point Loma is 14-30.
