Two men were arrested after a burglary at a Huntington Beach Radio Shack electronics store. Police Officer Robert Clemons happened to pass by the store on patrol when he saw two men taking electronic equipment. As Clemons approached, police said, one of the burglars fled in a black pickup truck, the other on foot. The officer chased and stopped the pickup, arresting Victor Hugo Garcia, 20, of Stanton on suspicion of burglary. Police said they recovered a pair of $325 videocassette recorders from the truck. About half a mile away from the Radio Shack store at Golden West Street and Warner Avenue, two other police officers arrested a second suspect, Albert Mora, 20, also of Stanton.
