Howe Pitches 5 Innings and Gets Win at San Jose

SAN JOSE —
Former Dodger reliever Steve Howe pitched five innings, giving up five hits and two runs, as the San Jose Bees defeated Fresno Giants, 7-3, Thursday in California League baseball.
Howe, who was suspended because of a disputed drug test and later reinstated by the Bees, picked up his third win in four decisions.
