4 Men Hurt in Running of Bulls

PAMPLONA, Spain —
Three Spaniards and an English-speaking tourist were injured today in the first running of the bulls at the San Fermin fiesta made famous by Ernest Hemingway.
Hundreds of daredevils raced ahead of six fighting bulls along the 898-yard route from a corral near City Hall to the bullring in the festival’s first daily scramble to outrace the horned beasts. None of the four men injured was seriously hurt, officials said.
