The Death of Howard Jarvis
Howard Jarvis will be remembered for a long time to come by the not-so-affluent homeowners like me for Proposition 13. Many of us would have lost our houses were it not for Howard Jarvis.
With prayers from all of us who benefited from Proposition 13, I have no doubt that Howard Jarvis will rest in peace.
