Rough Water Swim Victor: Donna Shumate of Irvine won the women’s 19- to 24-year-old division of the 56th annual La Jolla Rough Water Swim Sunday. The race consisted of 36 separate events and featured 1,221 contestants splashing their way through an 1,800-yard course at La Jolla Cove.
