New Golf Coach Is Named at Southwestern Louisiana

LAFAYETTE, La. — Dave Ragan, who won 17 tournaments in his 13 years on the Professional Golfers Assn. tour, has been named golf coach at the University of Southwestern Louisiana.
Ragan, 51, replaces Teddy Sliman, who resigned during the summer to enter private business.
