Twenty fans were being held in custody Sunday after rioting and setting a fire Saturday in the English League soccer match at Bradford, England.

Police said rampaging fans from Leeds set a grass bank and a mobile-food van on fire. Fireman called to the stadium were attacked with stones as they put out the fire.

With smoke billowed across the field and fans spilled on the playing area, the refree suspended the game, which at the time, had Leeds trailing 2-0.

The match was resumed 30 minutes later before almost deserted stands and ended, 2-0.
