On the first play from scrimmage, Torrey Pearson of Western Christian ran 51 yards over right tackle for a touchdown. . . . On the next possession, Western Christian quarterback Gary Levin threw a 57-yard touchdown pass to Scott Scruggs. . . . Oak Park quarterback Chris Hall threw a costly interception on the Western Christian 37-yard line, halting a third-quarter drive. . . . With 3:25 left in the game, Pearson exploded again--this time for 77 yards and his second touchdown.

Torrey Pearson (WC) had 24 carries, 262 yards and 2 touchdowns. Gary Levin WC) was 6 for 14 for 140 yards, a touchdown and an interception. Wide receiver Joe Gerty (OP) had 6 receptions for 106 yards--all in the second half.
