Minnesota Viking quarterback Tommy Kramer and at least nine of his teammates have been fined a total of $5,200 for brawling during the season opener against Detroit Sept. 7.
Kramer said he planned to appeal the fine that resulted from the fight that started when Detroit defensive end Keith Ferguson punched Kramer after he had thrown a pass. Ferguson and 18 other Lions also were fined.
