College Roundup : Fullerton Loses in Soccer to USD

Forward Drew Peloso scored with 40 seconds left in the second overtime period Wednesday to give the University of San Diego soccer team a 2-1 victory at Cal State Fullerton.
Mark Fenick’s goal gave USD (12-2) a 1-0 lead. Fullerton (2-9-2) tied the score 18 minutes into the second half when Jeff Willard scored from 30 yards out.
In other college soccer:
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo 2, Chapman 1--Forward Jeff Reisdorf scored twice for San Luis Obispo in the California Collegiate Athletic Assn. game at Chapman (1-2, 7-5-1).
In college volleyball action:
San Diego State 3, Cal State Fullerton 0--The Aztecs defeated the Titans, 15-11, 15-2, 15-8, in a Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. match at Fullerton. Aztec middle blocker Kris Morton had 11 kills and Titan outside hitter Wendy Knapp five kills.
Oklahoma Baptist University 3, Southern California College 2--Oklahoma Baptist (18-15) won the nonconference match, 15-6, 11-15, 8-15, 15-10, 15-13, at Costa Mesa.
Kristy Woodburn had 12 kills and 19 digs for Southern California (0-15).
