An upholstery business was destroyed in a fire Tuesday morning, the El Cajon Fire Department reported.
The fire caused $200,000 in damage to G P Custom Upholstery at 1248 N. 2nd St. at 7:29 a.m., said Battalion Chief Roy Creamer.
He said 34 firefighters put out the blaze. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
