Wake Up This Fan for the NBA Playoffs

Please tell me, as if I didn’t know, why the NBA doesn’t start its season in January. I was looking at the standings this morning and it’s the same old boring Lakers and Boston on top, Houston on top, and the Central Division up for grabs.

I’m finished. I’m not paying attention until the playoffs start. Want me to tell you who will be there and end all this dreadful suspense?
