Irvine : Authorities Identify Man Stabbed to Death
A man who was fatally stabbed at an apartment construction site has been identified as Richard Charles Ball, 47, of Mission Viejo, authorities said Monday.
But investigators still have not established a motive for the stabbing of Ball, who worked at the construction site in the 400 block of Hayes Street, Police Sgt. Dick Bowman said.
Ball was stabbed early Saturday, police have said. A security guard on duty at the site, George William Kupel, 21, has been arrested on suspicion of murder, Bowman said.
