Montreal Expos outfielder Andre Dawson has suggested teammate Tim Raines should be more reasonable in his contract negotiations with the National League baseball team.

Raines, like Dawson a free agent engaged in talks with the Expos, is reported to have refused a $4.8-million, three-year deal.
