Mann Scores 65 Points to Break Record
SAN DIEGO —
Terri Mann scored a San Diego Section record 65 points Wednesday to lead the Point Loma High School girls’ basketball team to a 109-35 victory over Chula Vista in the second-round of the Fisher Tournament at Point Loma.
Mann, a three-time Times’ All-County player, broke the existing record of 60 points set by El Camino’s Sharon Turner in 1984.
