Two teen-agers killed when their car careened out of control in Lancaster during a heavy rain were identified as Erin Paulsen, 14, and Paul Kuropatkin, 16, both of Lancaster, authorities said. They were killed when the car in which they were riding was struck broadside by an oncoming car and overturned. The teen-agers and four other youths, all students at Paraclete High School, were packed inside a compact car when the vehicle skidded on a curve, the California Highway Patrol said.
