Drexel Coach Eddie Burke said his team’s victory over Navy certainly was an upset, but it didn’t come as a surprise--to him, anyway.

The Dragons overcame 44 points and 14 rebounds by David Robinson Wednesday night to hang an 83-80 defeat on the No. 18-ranked Middies at Philadelphia.

“Absolutely not,” Burke said when asked if he was surprised. “We played with some fine teams this year and we’ve just started coming into our own.”
