Cause of Fire Sought: A fire termed “suspicious” by investigators broke out in an apartment garage in the 1200 block of West Valencia Drive on Wednesday night, destroying two automobiles and other property worth an estimated $26,000, authorities said Thursday. Firefighters reported encountering other small fires in a nearby alley as they arrived on the scene. All were easily extinguished, they said. The garage itself was only slightly damaged, investigators said. They said their investigation into possible arson was continuing.
