Lazers Play Wichita Tonight at Kansas City

The Lazers will play the Wichita Wings tonight at Kansas City before coming home to play the Minnesota Strikers Saturday night at the Forum.

The Lazers will be without midfielder Beto, who will undergo reconstructive knee surgery next week and miss the rest of the Major Indoor Soccer League season.

After posting a 6-2 victory over the St. Louis Steamers Tuesday night at the Forum, the Lazers (9-27) trail the Wings (19-18) by 9 1/2 games with 16 left. The Wings occupy the final Western Division playoff spot.
