NOMINEE HAS PLANS FOR OSCAR PAYOFF

Best Actor nominee Bob Hoskins, up for his portrayal as the ex-con driver for a black prostitute in “Mona Lisa,” told United Press International Friday he was going to “hog it off” if he won the Oscar.

“I’m going to be so gross it’ll be truly disgusting,” Hoskins said with obvious glee. “I’m going to rent a huge limo, guzzle champagne and in general be insufferable. I’ve had it with this suffering attitude the winners seem to have. I will enjoy it, I promise you that.”
