Wind Whips Grass Fire Into Town; 330 Flee

WILLOW RIVER, Minn. —
A wind-whipped grass fire spread to a gasoline station, a church and several houses on Thursday, forcing officials to evacuate all of the town’s 330 residents, authorities said. No injuries were reported.
Willow River is about 60 miles south of Duluth in northeastern Minnesota.
