Sockers’ Playoff Matches Broadcast on XTRA
SAN DIEGO —
The Sockers, whose Major Indoor Soccer League playoff matches will be broadcast on XTRA (AM 690), are discussing next season’s broadcasts with XTRA officials, said Randy Bernstein, Socker vice-president, Monday.
For the past five seasons, the Sockers have been on AM 600, which was KOGO and KLZZ and became KKLQ earlier this year.
Bernstein said long-time announcer Randy Hahn will continue to broadcast the Sockers.
XTRA will begin carrying Charger games in the fall.
