Bodies of 2 Women Found; Murder Suspected
Santa Ana police reported late Monday that the bodies of two women had been found inside a house in the city’s northeast section and that it appeared to investigators that the women had been murdered.
A police spokesman said the women were found in a house in the 1300 block of East Cherry Street, in a “quiet, settled” neighborhood.
The spokesman said that discovery of the bodies was reported to police about 7:30 p.m. and that investigators were still at the scene late into the night.
He said it was unknown at that point whether the women were residents of the house.
