Two Idaho State basketball players were stripped of their scholarships and at least temporarily suspended after their arrests last week in connection with petty theft charges. Troy Miles, 21, a junior starting guard from Seattle, and George Davis, 21, a junior and part-time starter at forward from Vallejo, Calif., were arrested Thursday for failing to pay court fines after they pleaded guilty to trying to return two pairs of shoes they had not purchased for an $80 refund at a local store.
