Greg Clark, a starting senior linebacker for Arizona State, has been charged with aggravated assault of a police officer, criminal damage and six counts of misdemeanor assault after an incident last weekend outside the nightclub Premier in Tempe. Clark, 22, allegedly had an argument with a woman inside the club, which escalated into a fight. As he was being arrested outside the nightclub, Clark (6-3, 230) reportedly punched officer Mike Powell in the face, breaking the officer’s glasses and causing bruises.
