Steve Raynor Leading Realty Board in Valley
Steve Raynor of Steve Raynor Realty, Tarzana, has taken over as president of the San Fernando Valley Board of Realtors, succeeding Temmy Walker.
Tom Carnahan is first vice president, the second highest office in the 7,500-member board, the largest local real estate trade organization in the state.
Newly elected board members include realtors Charles Milner and Rebecca Guthrie and realtor-associate Gaye Rainey. Realtors elected to new two-year terms include Buddy Bernard, Carnahan, Roger Hance, Malcolm MacEwen and William Taylor. Realtor-associate Helen Gabriel was re-elected.
Realtor directors continuing their terms in office were Raynor, Walker, Al Bowers, Martin de Haas, Tom Depuy, Richard Franklin, Connie Jones, John Maquar, Becky Roberts, Hay Terman and Jeff Kahn. Realtor-associate directors continuing their second year include Carolyn Lamb and Irene Reinsdorf.
