A brother and sister who work for the Department of Motor Vehicles were charged with selling driver’s licenses and an identification card without requiring proof of identity. Anthony Mabrie, 32, a truck driver and warehouse man for the DMV, is accused of accepting a total of $500 on two separate occasions to arrange for phony documents. Prosecutors say his sister, Karon Elaine Mabrie, 33, a trainee with access to DMV computers, entered false information in order to have the documents prepared. Both were charged with two counts of bribery and one count of conspiracy.
