School Funds
I am a teacher in a South-Central Los Angeles school. Thanks to the Gann Initiative, we have a school nurse one day a week and a second day once every other week--this for a school of 1,100 children. If you care about children, I urge you to return your tax rebate to either Gov. George Deukmejian or state Superintendent of Public Instruction Bill Honig, marked, “For the schools!” I’m returning mine!
